TRAIL VOLUNTEERS WANTED
Rising University of Wisconsin Steven's Point student and Holbrook Island Trail Ambassador Amelia Pederson will be leading weekly Wednesday volunteer trail work afternoons from July 22nd until August 12th (weather dependent). Vegetative management will be our primary task. Please arrive at 1:00 and stay for any length you wish. Bring water, gloves and proper footwear.
The primary focus will be brushing back the corridors but may involve other tasks as well. Please consider joining or spreading the word as we try to catch up on overdue maintenance on our trail systems. Each Wednesday at 1:00!
Meeting at 1:00 at the Park Headquarters Garage and volunteers are asked to stay as long or as little as they may be available. We will head off to different trailheads under Amelia’s guidance.
Come lend a hand and help us brush back one of our many trails on Cape Rosier. Join us at 172 Indian Bar Road at 1:00 Wednesdays.
